- Assessed schedule to determine stay over guests, due outs and vacant rooms.
- Removed full trash bins, take out used towels, wash cloths and strip bedding.
- Slid beds, sofas, and other furniture aside to wipe down baseboards and remove dust and dirt from hard-to-reach areas.
- Replenished guest room water glasses, toiletries, paper products, and coffee/tea station amenities.
- Vacuumed entire room and around the base of beds, also outside guest room hallway.
- Enhanced guest satisfaction by providing thorough and timely room cleaning services.
- Engaged with guests on room requirements and amenities to promote overall satisfaction.
