• Implements Discover and Share policies, procedures and systems to ensure safe, healthy environment in compliance with Discover and Share and State Standards at all times. Specific procedures of critical compliance but not limited to: release procedures, sign in and out, medications, bus runs/field trip procedures.
• Ensure that the building and front office are always staffed, cleaned and maintain compliance with licensing and Discover and Share policies.
• Manage local and state licensing regulations and ensure compliance and record keeping (staff files, student files, etc.).
• Ensures daily walk-through process is followed.
• Conducts classroom observations.
• Plans and participates responsibly in marketing and special events.
• Maximize occupancy of the building.
• Ensure that all parents receive activity calendar, parent reports, newsletters and/or other verbal or written communications concerning the program and their children.
• Manage customer service concerns in a timely manner.
• Able to work flexible hours.
• Effective role model and leader of the center team.

• Schedule staff and supervise daily adjustments.
