Accomplishments

Exceeded $10 million in sales my first 8 months with John Wieland Homes (Pulte), selling 33 homes in 32 weeks, earning me "Rookie of the Year" award.

12 time recipient of the Winner's Circle award for meeting or exceeding goals.

Took 3 non-performing neighborhoods and turned them around to top producing assets for various builders.

Established the very first coffee house in the U.T. college town of Knoxville. Java Coffee House received numerous awards for being "Best of Knoxville" in many categories, five years straight. My business was featured in Southern Living Magazine twice and was a movie set for an independent film.
