Accomplishments

I started with ColumbiaCare Services as a direct care staff. I quickly became the facility safety officer and medication coordinator. Within a few years of hire, I was first hired as the facility assistant administrator and then the administrator. I very quickly rebuilt/built relationships with many community partners.

In 2023 I successfully transitioned seven residents and six staff members from a small, eight bed facility on the Oregon coast to a 16-bed facility with a mixed population of residents with severe and persistent mental illness. I fully staffed the facility and filled all 16-beds within a few months of opening.
