Kimberly Cleveland

Kimberly Cleveland is the visionary founder and CEO of EquipNations, a Christian ministry dedicated to empowering the Christian Church worldwide. With a passion for preaching and teaching, Kimberly leads teams to demonstrate the gospel.

• With a focus on the church in villages and in the bush.
• Provides hands-on training, equipping others to minister effectively in cross-cultural contexts.
• Provides leadership development for international leaders.
• Offers experience for new ministers.
• Partners with, and collaborates with, established ministries and seasoned ministers.
• Currently, in conjunction with her doctoral studies, Kimberly is spearheading the establishment of an Oral Seminary Base in Uganda, Africa, expanding the ministry’s reach and impact across nations.

Heart of Christ International was established as a para-church missions ministry to serve the Christian church and associated ministries in the U.S. and around the world. Kimberly served as the cross-cultural liaison for multiple churches and ministries in central and southern Missouri prior to serving short-term in South Africa and long-term in Central Mozambique (Iris Global Ministries) and Northern Japan (Heart for Japan).

• Developed strategic partnerships with local and international leaders to enhance community outreach.
• Led workshops to educate the body of Christ on spiritual disciplines and maturity, along with relationship development.
• Coordinated and spear-headed community projects.
• Oversaw volunteer recruitment, training, and engagement for various programs.
• Created marketing materials to promote events and increase public awareness of offerings.
• Oversaw all aspects of ministry and managed day-to-day activities.

Kimberly began in this role as a volunteer for Vacation Bible School. Her vision for a one-day event in the park exploded as she spearheaded her first community event involving 25 churches and ministries with over 200 volunteers, resulting in salvations, baptisms, and healings as they served over 1000 people in their city park.

• She was later hired as the church secretary, serving on the pastoral team, and as the administrative assistant to the pastor and apostle.
• Provided crisis counseling.
• Taught church doctrine.
• Fulfilled ministry obligations in place of the apostle when needed.
• Oversaw housing accommodations, meals, and transportation for visiting ministers.
