• Neighborhood Expert January 2018 to Present Took a training course and classes needed to acquire the knowledge of specific brand and role. After passing, then certified to train per spec, policy and procedures, each new hire/coworker for that same specific role. Able to be the person with the knowledge to answer any questions from coworkers/managers etc.
• Manager/coworker skills training/certified June 2012 to Present Certification for being able to properly assert and give certain demands / commands & requests to & for reg paid hourly employees. Training how not to cross the manager / coworker boundaries - i.e.: not giving or letting them have the upper hand or take advantage of your authority as a manager. Training on how to properly discipline if/ when needed in a non - hostile or verbally abusive manner. How to give praise when praise is needed in a discreet fashion on an individual basis, & as a team. How to watch for certain 'bad' behaviors that might be harmful to customers, co workers & the business as a whole. i.e.: involved in or on drugs, stealing money, food or coworkers property, or even something like a wallet or Cc left behind by a customer; how and what to do if confronted with those types of situations with an employee / coworker. As well as chemical safety, how and what it's used for, where it's stored per policy & procedure and what to do incase of an accident with any of the chemicals.
