approximately 50 wpm, Fluent in: Windows 95, 98, 2000, XP, Windows 7, Windows 11., Fluent with multiple computer programs such as: Word Perfect 5.0, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Pro, Manage schedules on Microsoft Outlook, Several billing programs and some Graphics software., Experience with a wide variety of customer service issues, data entry, answering phones, payroll for several departments, ordering, and some accounts payable., Experience with intake of money, balancing tills, daily deposits, and daily logs., Experience of a management position with very little supervision such as the daily responsibilities of opening and closing our customer service center.
