Treasury Management product responsibilities include maintaining a leading customer experience for business banking and commercial clients. Responsible for client experience and ongoing service while working closely with internal and external cross-disciplinary teams; including sales, product development, technology, operations, legal, compliance and service delivery teams. Primary focus on delivering products that help define the customer experience as best in class. Knowledge of Fiserv Premier core platform, Director, Business Online Banking, Source Capture Solutions, Partnercare, Centrix Positive Pay and Weiland Account Analysis applications.

Ongoing internal training of bankers regarding product options, value and functionality. Sales support to personal bankers, business bankers and commercial lenders. Collaborated closely with operational, compliance, risk and sales departments to develop and improve cash management policies. Provided hands on help to assist business bankers with proposals for prospective business customers. Ongoing client support. Knowledge of Fiserv Cleartouch core platform, Nautilus, Business Online Banking, Source Capture Solutions, Partnercare, Centrix Positive Pay and Weiland Account Analysis applications.

Responsible for the support, service, and operational enhancements of the bank operations area. Including NSF, RDI, Encoding and Adjustment processing. Debit/ATM products and programs, Online Banking and Bill Pay services, ACH and Wire processing, Cash Management products and programs and imaging processes.
