-Train, motivate, and ensure all cashiers were trained in store policies and procedures, as well as safety protocols.

Doing price checks and approving transactions.

-Handling customers concerns so they dont escalate to management

• Duties: Collect and post rents, monitor occupancy levels, perform evictions. Hire, terminate, train, motivate on-site staff.
• Maintain records/files and conduct yearly recertifications of tenants. Ensure community is maintained. Coordinate with maintenance to ensure turning of apartments in a timely manner. Also, coordinate with maintenance on preventive work orders or apartments.
