Manage and respond to daily calls, voicemails and emails
Manage order returns and work with shipping department to resolve address updates, reroutes, call tags, etc.
Proactively “upsell” wine club members, grasping every opportunity to add to existing allocations
Spend time on the floor interacting with guests and existing wine club members
Ensure orders are processed accurately and timely
Contact club members with missed delivery attempts to reduce return rate
Contact club members with declined credit cards ASAP post batch processing
Drive upsell revenue and work with brand management to deplete end-of-lot and library wines and contact prior purchasers of new releases
Work with brand management to plan club shipment selections and ensure master list is up-to-date as products are changed/updated
Ensure staff are notified of current club selections
Ensure tasting room has inventory of wine club selections for fulfillment
Create email and newsletter content to wine club members
Work with management to revise/update training how-to’s

Follow up on leads from customer inquiries (online or through customer service)
Assist customers in making financial decisions to help them achieve their financial goals
Learn all facets of direct consumer lending
Learn credit underwriting techniques and skills
Manage servicing and collections activities
Provide referral or walk-in customers with the proper loan products to fit their needs
Accurately comply with company guidelines and procedures
Educate customers on the terms and conditions of the loan to ensure a clear understanding
Network within the community to gain referral business
Work as an individual contributor and as part of the team to achieve business/organizational objectives
