As Director of Communications at the Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service (Fiscal), I have successfully provided strategic and management consulting advice in establishing the Office of Customer Experience Management (OCEM) following the dissolution of the Office of Legislative and Public Affairs (LPA). My expertise is in designing and evaluating internal communications messaging within Fiscal, developing external marketing and public affairs campaigns for consumer financial products and services. I am dedicated to prioritizing customer excellence in our administrative processes and effectively executing tasks, decisions, and final communication products. With media strategy as a key function of my role, I handle media inquiries, provide media monitoring and analytics, offer media training and crisis communications support, and lead proactive media outreach efforts. Additionally, I collaborate with the White House, OMB, NGOs, media outlets, advocacy groups, and stakeholders to develop and implement messaging efforts on all Fiscal issues.
