Daily communication with team on changes for evaluations, additional needs. Manages in basket in Epic for pre and post patients to help team. Outreach clinics follow up and patient communication to ensure patient continuity of care remains consistent. Approves and processes referrals for new patients for Liver Transplant.
• MUSC HEALTH Clinical Nurse Manager, 07/01/21, 02/01/23, Clinical Nurse Manager for most of the COVID 19 Pandemic. Managed staff during Delta, Omnicron, and DeltaCron phases of pandemic. Clinic saw 40-60 patients daily during highest surges. Implemented infection control protocols to keep staff safe. Educated staff daily on updates to CDC protocol. Communicated with medical director on a weekly basis, and upper management monthly for updates to the team. Developed protocols and policies during fast changing pandemic. Managing decommissioning clinic at this time. Clinic closure 02/2023.
• MUSC COVID Testing and Vaccine Team, 06/01/20, 07/01/21, Administered COVID tests for all ages all over the state of South Carolina. Specialized in pediatrics. At time of vaccine administration, gave to all ages in all areas of the state. Lead Vaccine team 2020-2021 various locations.
