  • Designed and implemented culturally responsive initiatives focused on workforce access, education, and family wellbeing for multilingual immigrant and historically underserved communities.
  • Established and mentored AmeriCorps Resident Advisors (RAs) in community engagement, resident support services, outreach, program coordination, and relationship-based service delivery for 77 families.
