Designed and implemented culturally responsive initiatives focused on workforce access, education, and family wellbeing for multilingual immigrant and historically underserved communities.
Established and mentored AmeriCorps Resident Advisors (RAs) in community engagement, resident support services, outreach, program coordination, and relationship-based service delivery for 77 families.
Directed grassroots outreach efforts including door-to-door engagement, multilingual communications, WhatsApp-based organizing, and community resource navigation.
