  • Serve as inaugural Director of Inclusion and Belonging, leading all DEIB programming and partnerships

  • Lead assessment efforts, using qualitative & quantitative data to inform strategy & decision-making
  • Co-developed and refined the school’s Diversity Statement in partnership with diverse stakeholders
