Strategic Planning

• Serve as inaugural Director of Inclusion and Belonging, leading all DEIB programming and partnerships
• Partner with the Head of School to develop a strategy aligned with mission & liberal arts values
• Collaborate with senior leadership to implement an institution-wide inclusive excellence vision and plan
• Lead assessment efforts, using qualitative & quantitative data to inform strategy & decision-making
• Co-developed and refined the school’s Diversity Statement in partnership with diverse stakeholders
• With Director of HR, created Employee Resource Groups to build staff connection and community

Program & Project Management

• Developed & led organization-wide professional development program, achieving 90%+ participation
• Create monthly DEIB resource guides for self-paced, introspective learning opportunities
• Support identity-based student organizations to leverage visibility and create affinity across identity
• Collaborate with IT to implement name pronunciation tools for students and staff
• Manage departmental budget with focus on equity and impactful programs

Facilitation, Workshops & Presentations

• Facilitate Bias Awareness Workshop for Admissions Committee members
• Co-create and lead Professional Development Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging sessions for internal staff on skill building, perspective taking, & foundational definitions
• Partner with local community members for presenting on diversity, equity, and inclusion topics that impact our students and broad community

• Created junior-year college counseling curriculum & delivered family presentations on admissions trends, collaborating with counseling team and building strong relationships with college admissions offices
• Counseled 27–32 students/families through the application process; student-athlete recruitment liaison

• (Grades 9–12); led 25–28 athletes, co-developed team values, and built a competitive, positive program that was mission-driven and aligned
• Achieved 1 State Championship and multiple deep playoff runs (2 Semifinals, 2 Quarterfinals) during program rebuild
• Managed staff, budget, training, and logistics, including practices, travel, and game-day operations

• Led Parent & Family and Transfer Programs at the University of Utah, overseeing key initiatives including New Student Welcome Day, Parent & Family Weekend, Transfer Workshops, and the Transfer Honors Society
• Designed and executed orientation and mentorship programs, including First-Year Parent Orientation and the Crimson Mentor Program; managed 20 mentors and 35 Orientation Leaders while supporting onboarding for 4,000+ students
