Insurance Claims
- Perform customer service through heavy inbound and outbound calls in fast paced claims environment.
- Handle recorded statements for auto loss and bodily injury, investigate and determine liability.
- Review auto damage, injury, and medical treatment. Discuss early settlement offers and settlements once medical treatments are completed with attorneys and with unrepresented claimants.
- Set up vehicle inspections, salvage tows, and rental reservations. Issue payments for repairs, tow reimbursement, and subrogation demands.
Customer Service, Sales & Marketing
- Build relationships with clients; ensure their requests and expectations are fulfilled.
- Resolve customers’ complaints; train sales team; develop training tools. Use critical thinking for problem solving, decision makings.
- Set up displays with teammates, and interact with customers by introducing various projects through direct sales.
- Assisted with day-to-day operations, working efficiently and productively with all team members.
- Encourage and schedule clients to participate in events to further brand awareness and services.
- Negotiate rates and manage cost control to guarantee clients meet targeted financial goals. Track time lines and implement marketing strategies with sales and planning teams.
