• Assist in determining eligibility of individuals for pretrial supervision services in lieu of incarceration
• Observe and independently conduct client intake assessments
• Interview potential clients to gather background information such as history of substance use, and identify status with regard to housing, employment, transportation and family support
• Contact clients regarding upcoming court dates to ensure compliance

• Provide direct support to domestic violence victims in navigating the court system, demonstrating empathy and care while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
• Assist with courtroom preparation, documentation, and case materials, ensuring that all evidence and paperwork are complete and organized for hearings
• Accompany clients to protective order and criminal court proceedings to assist them in understanding legal protocols and proceedings
• Support front desk operations, including intake and administrative coordination

• Provide reliable and dedicated care for clients’ pets, including feeding, medication, exercise and play
• Enhance clients' peace of mind by properly checking and securing their homes
• Reduce pets' negative behaviors and improve their well-being with consistent routines and abundant attention

• Reliably handle cash and other forms of payment
• Assist with loss control and resolving of customer complaints
• Maintain professionalism while interacting with customers and trouble-shooting in a fast-paced retail environment
