During my two tour of duty while employed with DOJ-Federal Bureau of Prisons, cycling was a sport that serval staff could gather have fun, explore the city, all with getting well need exercise. It was my main sport, other than Racquetball. Again while in New York, learned how to play racquet ball, again another sport that can be enjoyed playing with a partner or alone, both achieved the altimeter goal , a good work out.
