Greet customers with a smile before I took their order and helped them to have a smooth and efficient visit. I also was trained to hold a conversation with them at “lane” so that they get a friendly conversation to add to their experience. I am trained in working an espresso machine, dealing with expiration dates, learning flavor combinations and ratios, making drinks from the cup to finish product, and keeping a clean work environment.
