  • Manage end to end product life cycle for Apple device portfolio for Comcast Xfinity Mobile
  • Create certification test plans for Apple products based on network and device requirements.
  • Execute and manage end to end testing for Apple devices in production network or controlled lab environment.

The goal of this program is to develop and test end to end solution for wireless customers & sales Agents (Retail store & Telesales) which has multiple vendors and multiple applications. Application development and testing is following the Agile methodology to deliver fast paced solutions
  • SME for the OSS/BSS application - Order Management, Fulfillment, Activation, Billing. Biller applications used are Arterra (Legacy) and Amdocs CRM (NexGen), Little-B for Xfinity Mobile and Comcast Business Mobile
  • Lead End to End testing delivery for XM releases for each sprint delivery to production. Produce daily & weekly status summary for Senior Leadership teams.
  • Performed various testing activities for legacy and Nextgen Billing system from Sprint-0 (Initial Sprint).
  • Closely work with Product Owner and Technical Requirement teams/System Architects, Release Management
  • Participate in daily standup meetings. Attend the grooming sessions in each sprint for different applications, Gather the knowledge feature that will be delivered in each program increment. Provide feedback on the solutions designed in the grooming sessions.
