- * June 2024 Completed a 2100 square foot, 3 bed 2 bath, two story, real log cabin. Including custom walk in showers, full kitchen, custom stairs with balcony, and 100Ft.q.ft. wrap around deck.
- * June 2024 Poured a driveway with custom approach slope aprons and resolving water drainage issues.
- * January 2024 Built a two car, 16Ft.sq. ft. Barndominium with second story living space.
- * September 2023 A total historical house renovation to include the excavation and rebuilding of the foundation, adding a 900 sq.ft deck, adding a new exterior entrance, extending master bed, enlarging and remodeling entire kitchen, and extend roof over deck, and a complete bathroom remodel with custom tile work.
- * August 2022 A two story 2300 sq.ft. total house remodel to include: building a new foundation under the existing house and resolving flooding issues with french drains at the base of the new footers, remove and rebuilt a collapsed 2nd story roof and chimney, two new decks, 2 kitchen remodels, fire place installations, extensive drywall repairs, new floors through out, and a new roof.
- * March 2022 Built a 1300 sq.ft., 24 ft high deck, with 2 covered patio ares, requiring extensive engineering for wind sheer on all the pier foundations, hold downs, concrete pylons, and girder beams, complying with all building codes for a 'riparian wild life zone'
- * May 2021 A living room- dining room extension to include bearing walls removed , and trusses to be re-engineered to carry the new & longer open spans, being built in place above the rooms.
- * December 2021 Master bath complete remodel to include all new plumbing up grade with fixtures and custom tile through out. Designing and engineering stairs to join the downstairs to the loft; having to cut through the main structural support beams of the house and shore them up with a steel I beam. All custom trim on stairs and loft.
