I am a dedicated and student-centered elementary educator with experience teaching 4th grade Reading, Language Arts, and Social Studies. I am passionate about building a positive classroom culture where all students feel supported, challenged, and motivated to grow. I use data-driven instruction, small group strategies, and engaging lessons to meet the diverse needs of my learners and help them succeed academically. I am committed to fostering strong literacy skills, critical thinking, and confidence in my students while maintaining high expectations and clear routines. I value collaboration with colleagues and families and strive to create a classroom environment that promotes respect, accountability, and a love of learning.
