My advisor was very, very helpful. The only problem I had was I   could not book it online, because my card kept getting declined for no   reason. It might be something that we need to look into, doing bookings   online because obviously that's really easy to do. But there is quite a few   people that I've heard that haven't been able to book via the online with a   UK credit or debit card.
