- Shidock PA- For the Lower Mezz, dealing with the high tech of robots (Cardinals- build into blue carts & Proteus- Create or stage carts once carts are full of packages). Creating Andons for RME (called on radio) to come over to fix. Helped with RME with dead Proteus by telling RME what is wrong with them. Also dealt with the spills and assisted RME with it. Dealt with sorts allocations (cardinals were on SEV to disable), faulted cardinals and Proteus that died out of power, on stand by or off online.
- Also helped with AM at that time when the Cardinal were closing carts on its own causing problems and systems going offline. Showing monitor needing carts when already created and disabling them to fix the issue.
- Transship PA- Getting Trans ready for other sites and making sure all gets done on time. Did the trouble tickets- indicated on what happened when the RWC4 went down, and helped RME on how to fix the RWC4 when it wasn't starting. Cleared jams, tickets for conveyor belts and for the sensors on trans area.
