Consult with CAMA Specialists I and other CAMA staff on the design and development of training opportunities including hands-on training at county offices, regional workshops, statewide training sessions and potential webinars on the use of the CAMA system and mass appraisal theory, standards, and techniques. Consult with County Assessors and County Boards of Equalization on appraisals of real and personal property, particularly complex properties. Conduct property appraisal activities through the research of records, completion of comparisons to similar properties, establishing dollar values and determining appropriate property tax assessments; review and verify tax exempt status
