Working as an Overnight shift leader is an amazing opportunity, I’ve learned to train new employees on procedures, policies, and safety regulations. As well as Communicating with other departments regarding any issues or concerns that arose during the shift, assisted management with scheduling staff according to workloads and availability. I’ve Implemented strategies to take advantage of new opportunities for myself and my team. CVS is an amazing career growth that I’m grateful to have experienced.

There are many responsibilities I’ve faced at this job. Going from leaving my comfort zone to being responsible about doing my task perfect.
Understanding what the customers needs were and how I can accomplish them would be my first priority out of the many.
This job has taught me to be responsible about making sure I think outside the box to complete a task and think for myself under pressure.

The responsibilities I had as a employee were important, I had to stay on top of every task, make sure every customer is happy and comfortable, be to work on time, and come to work 100% prepared.
I accomplished a tremendous amount while working at Burger King, Burger King was a big learning step for me and showed me a lot in the hospitality workplace.
