Working at The Social House allowed me to excel in my skills being Canal Park is a busy, unpredictable environment. Even with its challenges being a brand new restaurant I found creative ways to bring a fun, exciting experience for my customers.

• Handled high-pressure situations with composure, maintaining excellent service even during busy shifts.
• Exhibited strong multitasking abilities, balancing multiple tables and orders while running food, helping coworkers with their sections, and making a selection of craft cocktails and coffee.

• Weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleans on residential houses in the Duluth area, most were pet friendly.
• Disinfected, dusted, and vacuumed all rooms. Mopped hardwood floors and deep cleaned all kitchen and bathroom appliances. Wiped Mirrors and windows to ensure the homeowners would come back to a spotless house.
• Created comfortable, clean spaces for young families, elderly citizens, and many other people.

• Maintained a clean and functional warehouse space throughout 10-12 hour night shifts.
• Reviewed shipping orders for accurate placement of packages.
• Lifted and slid packages weighing up to 200 pounds on and off conveyor belts to transport items.
• Efficiently scanned and sorted goods to their appropriate placement.

• Maintained and operated several types of large scale saws (mainly table and bandsaws), cutting logs of up to 20 ft. in length. Maintenance included inspection, sharpening, and changing blades.
• Met number quotas each week/day, and downtime consisted of cleaning endless amounts of sawdust or solving mechanical issues in saw machines.
• Trained in forklift driving, emptying garbage's and moving pallets of wood.
• Provided well judgement and feedback on equipment performance while exhibiting efficient production.

The Bemidji Green Mill holds high expectations of their staff. Starting off as a host I quickly moved my way up becoming one of the main servers at this location.

• Efficiently communicated between waitstaff, kitchen staff, and managers to bring the best experience for customers.
• Room delivery to 2 separate hotels connected to the restaurant.
• Served large group parties upwards of 70 people.
• Exhibited strong multitasking abilities under pressure in a calm manner.

• Cleaned and sanitized bathrooms, showers, sauna, gym equipment and office space. Vacuumed all floors, and mopped accordingly.
• Removed trash, debris and other waste materials from all areas.
• Used time management wisely by completing task list prior to business hours and school.

When I worked fo the Conservation Corps of MN and IA, our crew including myself consisted of 4 individuals. We got signed onto different types of DNR contracts each week and had roughly 4 days to complete the itinerary given. At times it was planting several thousands of tree saplings, restoring wildfire or water erosion damage, spraying invasive plant species, or even something as simple as delivering supplies to facilities. These 10-12 hour days of hard labor we got to camp out each night near the worksites. I gained extensive hands on experience in the matter of a few months with this job that I will be able to apply towards numerous other occupations and everyday scenarios.

• Used various tools and equipment for DNR management tasks such as chainsaws, ATV, GPS units, and much more. Maintenance and cleaning was expected each day.
• Collaborated with other Conservation Corps groups to complete tasks in an efficient manner.
• Hiked through thick brush with equipment on a regular basis to get to preselected jobsites.

• Organized and handed out mail at front desk area.
• Greeted students and occasionally answered questions regarding the university.
• Cleaned and tidied office space each shift during downtime.
