Sam Penn Hero Award for Going Over and Beyond

Sinai Hospital introduced the Sam Penn Award in 2018 and you had to be nominated. Twice a year, 10 frontline staff receive this honor for going above and beyond in meeting patient expectations. The awards are named for Sam Penn, a former Sinai board member, who believed that it was our responsibility to exceed our patients' expectations.
