As a intern, I was learning what it means to be well rounded not just in dance but also in organization. I work behind the scenes learning about costumes and management. I also made myself available whenever help was requested.

• Maintained accurate records of all activities performed throughout internship period.
• Maintained positive working relationship with fellow staff and management.
• Managed daily tasks related to costume design, stage management and prop selection.
• Organized props, costumes, music and other materials needed for performances.
• Attended rehearsals regularly to refine skills and practice with the rest of the cast.

I was accepted into their summer ensemble where I had the opportunity to participate in workshops with dance professionals and projects of my own. I learned about different ways to analyze and find solutions when it came to collaborating with others.

• Developed new routines with an emphasis on creativity and expression.
• Choreographed dances for self and others.

At Mind Builders as a Dancer and a teacher's assistant I had the opportunity to be in the pre professional scholarship program and perform in multiple community events. I also assisted with classes for younger students, as well as running classes when the teacher was absent.

• Maintained physical fitness through regular exercise and stretching techniques.
• Volunteered at community events or festivals by performing demonstrations or workshops.
• Worked closely with choreographers to perfect performance of dance moves.
