My recipe , "Pain au Levain" won an award in 1995. "Seattle's Best Sourdough" by the James Beard Foundation

A Version of this recipe is still being produced at the Wild Wheat Bakery in Kent Wa.

The bakeries I worked for were also mentioned in Sunset magazine as one of Seattle's best bakeries.

There was also an article showcasing the breads I produced in the Seattle Times  (see attached file)
