1 Year 3 Months• As the mail specialist for Citizens National Bank, I attended to all of the incoming and outgoing mail for the local branches, operations center, and corporate offices. Each day, I received the incoming mail from the local post office and distributed it where needed.
• This job included a high level of responsibility as I received confidential mail for clients and offices as well as large sums of checks allocated to various things like loan pay offs, etc.
• Throughout the day, I was a carrier to our corporate office, which was my home base, and our operations center. I was responsible for weighing and posting all mail through our postage machine and ensuring it made it to the post office to be delivered each day.
Fulfillment Lead
4 Years 4 Months- At Pureline Productions, I was responsible for handling and packaging all of our online orders via the Shipstation platform.
- In this role, I printed, packed, and shipped product to customers from our online store, straight into their hands.
- This position required much use of computer skills, problem solving skills, and time management.
- When I was not in this role, I worked on our assembly line where we packaged product for Amazon.
Customer Service Lead
2 Years 2 Months- At LilyAna Naturals, I worked remotely from home as the sole customer service representative. LilyAna Naturals is a skincare company that, at the time, sold strictly on Amazon.
- In this role, I was responsible for replying to all customer service messages via the Amazon platform. I also reached out to every customer via reviews on the Amazon storefront.
- If a customer was unsatisfied with his or her product, I was responsible for packing and shipping a new order via my home office where I kept a small amount of inventory and shipping supplies.
- Aside from one on one customer interaction, I also spoke with distributors to ensure high quality product was being sent to our production facility to reassure customer satisfaction and quality control.
