• Monthly AIA billings including AP invoices- ensuring proper sales and use tax were charged and/or accrued for, subcontractor billings, job cost accruals, payroll reporting
• Managing subcontractor billings, compliance and payments via Textura
• New job setup and budget uploads
• Labor reclassing and reporting
• Use tax compliance and audits
• Accounts Receivable receipted on daily basis, reporting and reconciling AR accounts, monthly trial balance

• Timesheet entry for 600+ employees, computing pay according to carpenter union rules, job cost and overhead.
• Weekly tax payments
• Certified payroll reporting utilizing LCP Tracker
• Processing expense reports and per diem

• Full cycle A/P, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, tax deposits, Job Cost, Equipment tracking and billing, Time and Material report billings, AIA owner billings and change orders, subcontractor compliance-including lien waivers, sub tier lien waivers, W-9s.
• Subcontractor and Purchase Agreement change orders and payments utilizing Spectrum and Textura.
