I have learned many valuable skills in my position as HCA I, including but not limiting to checking patients in for their appointments, pre-screening for funding and discounts, gathering information before appointments, and being support for patient who may need it as I was the first employee that engages with them at their appointment.

Greeted customers, helped locate merchandise and suggested suitable options.

Answered questions about store policies and addressed customer concerns.

Managed office work and end of shift money transfers as well as took inventory and sent orders that were needed for the next day.
