- Polish silver wear and glass wear
- Make sure side stations are stocked and ready to go for service
- Give excellent customer service to guest
- Adhere to the needs of servers
- Buss, sanitize, and reset tables for the next guest.
- Plate changes for the next courses of the table.
- Refill beverages of guests
- Complete side work before leaving for shift.
- Make sure the bar is stocked up with ice and garnishes
- Prep garnishes
- Assist bartenders make drinks and anything else they need
- Go to alcohol storage and stock the well
- Maintain bar clean
- Do inventory of beverage
