Handling customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, and returns. I was a reference to the staff if there were questions involving the POS. Assisted in training new tasting room staff members about daily tasks. Maintained a clean and organized environment throughout the tasting room. Developed relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and sales.

Being a server, I made sure every customer was happy and set with proper tools for consumption. Once I became a Person In Charge I was managing 3-4 coworkers whenever the head manager was not working, as well as preparing a daily report for management.
