Support GMs with all HR processes and procedures, including recruitment, retainment, and terminations. Built processes for performance management, including implementing performance rate structure and consistency. Lead new Third Party Management venture, working directly with ownership and investors post-under writing building revenue and op expense budgets, and securing 7 additional properties with a 4.5% fee structure generating nearly $1mil in first year.
