Kristin Feightner

Registered nurse with twenty-six years experience caring for children with various diagnoses in world-renowned teaching hospitals. Surgical experience in trauma, post-op heart, lung, liver, and kidney transplants, and post-op congenital cardiac defects, neurosurgical, orthopedic, and GI/GU repairs. Non-surgical experience in acute care and chronic cardiac, pulmonary, neurology, GI, and infectious disease patients. For the last eleven years worked in home visitation with at-risk, first time mothers guiding them through the emotional, social, and physical changes of becoming parents. Passionate at helping families utilize program resources and personalized assistance to become stronger and more effective units. Accomplished in supporting parents in making key decisions and adopting proactive approach to educational needs.
