Accomplishments

    While I was a Deli Bakery manager, I was also a Specialty Merchandising Expert. I would train fellow deli managers and associates at stores inside and outside of the region. In the role, I also had opportunities to be involved with remodels, and new stores and warehouses being built. I was awarded with the 2025 Deli Bakery HMS Fresh At Home Award. This award is given annually to one manager per region for the increased sales vs. shrink, proper inventory management and for delivering the brand strategy through leadership excellence. I increased the average weekly sales by 34% in a year!
