1. Responsible for the quality and food safety systems and awareness in assigned production cell and reports any issues

2. Represents the company/site during audits.

3. Manages the internal audit program

4. Involvement in problem solving, corrective action and continual improvement activities

5. Implements and maintains effective data collection systems

6. Works closely with specific customers and vendors to improve quality, performance and customer satisfaction.

7. Documents and investigates customer complaints associated with product quality and leads the development of root cause analyses to produce effective corrective actions.

8. Assists in the creation of necessary work instructions, forms, one point lessons and job aids needed to satisfy the requirements of manufacturing system.

9. Maintains data files as required for records and documentation.

10. Follows and enforces all company and local work rules, safety rules and policies
