Selected to participate on a specialized team focused on SNY5's Amazon Robotics (AR) operations. A critical component of this role involves obtaining FAST (Floor Access Safety Training) certification, enabling safe operation on the robotics floor. Responsibilities include the retrieval of amnesty (fallen packages or objects), resetting of faulted drives, and their removal from the floor, following FAST procedures while wearing issued SRBRs vests.
Problem Solver
Selected and trained in Outbound Problem Solve at SNY5’s Sub Same-Day Delivery Facility. Responsibilities include collecting, receiving, and resolving issues with packages that are damaged, unscannable, or missorted. This is managed through applications such as Rodeo, FC Research, and POPS (Proactive Outbound Problem Solve).
Repackaged items are relabeled and returned to the delivery system by re-inducting them onto the belt.
Packages damaged by liquids are processed using DPT applications and placed in designated safety-damaged areas. Loose or unidentifiable items are processed as overages and returned for stowage.
Orders are continuously monitored for dwell time, ensuring no package risks missing its critical pull time. Orders may be redirected to Problem Solve to prevent delays.
