Inside Account Manager – Key Accounts

  • Serve as the dedicated Primary Inside Account Manager for key or focus accounts and/or business units, providing 100% issue resolution and daily management at the inside level.
  • Worked closely with all departments (internal and external) to coordinate and communicate key customer or inside sales information. Responsible for effectively executing any and all assigned special or ongoing projects and assigned specific tasks.
  • SAP Key User: Point of contact for new process implementation, testing new system update(s) including S4 Hana, pricing set-ups for all customers and customer specific prices, day-to-day operations, and support to customer service, shipping, and production teams.
  • Key User for customer portals, including Amazon- Vendor Central, Costco Extranet and Information Resources (POS Data), Ferguson- CVR file, and Wayfair Extranet. Maintained required data, pricing, item agreements; and ensuring specific requirements are met for all internal departments (customer service, logistics, shipping, marketing, etc.).
  • EDI- lead on new customer set-ups and maintaining current customer communications. Working directly with several EDI providers (internal and external) to successfully have a smooth process from order to invoice.
  • Facilitate all new product introductions, rollouts, and launches by maintaining our Production Information Management system (PIM) with all relevant product data for USA products, working alongside with Product Management.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and the Content Management team in Germany to assist with the annual Price Book, ensuring data accuracy for the US market.
  • Interacts with Operations, Purchasing, Logistics and Shipping Warehouse to track production, forecasting, and promotions, to ensuring timely delivery to customers via OTIF tracking.
  • Develop sales and marketing presentations and reports for key and focus account(s).
  • Supported Ecommerce Account team(s) with customer requests and new product data needed for specific customer needs- Costco.com, Amazon.com, Wayfair.com, etc
  • Primary contact for International accounts to ship orders and assist in process documentation
