  • Maintains 423d Airbase Group Base Commander, Vice Commander and Enlisted leader's calendar, coordinates meeting arrangements, and schedules meetings and/or conferences. Performs other administrative and clerical work in support of the office/organization.
  • Prepares a wide variety of recurring and nonrecurring correspondence, reports, and other documents and reviews and finalizes correspondence/documents prepared by others in handwritten or electronic drafts.
  • Planned two multi-day site immersion brief tours for the 423rd Air Base Group Commander, Vice Commander and Senior Enlisted Leader.
  • Volunteered to provide 60 meals and promoted 423rd Communication Squadron morale for 12 new Airmen in isolation during the height of COVID lockdown.
  • Reviews and processes incoming and outgoing correspondence, materials, publications, regulations and directives.
