Duties while training for the FAA:

• Completed the Basics course and trained for months at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
• Conducted research on air traffic control regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Provided guidance to remote pilot operators regarding navigation, speed adjustments, and altitudes, as necessary.
• Coordinated with other Air Traffic Control Specialists to ensure safe separation between aircrafts.
• Analyzed radar data to determine the appropriate sequence for landing aircrafts.
• Responded quickly to emergency situations by issuing instructions or warnings to aircraft pilots if needed.
• Monitored and adjusted flight paths of aircrafts in response to changing conditions.
• Enforced all FAA rules and regulations pertaining to air traffic control operations at assigned facility or sector level.
• Tracked aircrafts through radar systems and visually monitored their progress in the airspace.
• Performed simulations to practice and improve ATC procedures.
• Recommended flight plan alternatives and coordinated aircraft diversions.

Duties while at Traders:

• Bussing tables, running food, expediting, waiting tables, bartending, hosting, and managing.
• Taking reservations, seating customers, and collecting payments.
• Supervising employees, training employees, setting schedules, keeping and maintaining inventory of all alcohol and bar supplies, taking care of weddings, planning events, and holidays.
• Creation of annual, seasonal, and festive drinks implemented in our bar menu.
• Keeping the floors, bathrooms, server station, bar, keg room, and parking lot clean. Making sure appliances, such as the bar dishwasher, were cleaned, maintained, and functional, and making sure the draft beer lines and soda gun lines were cleaned, maintained, and functional.
• Responsibility of dealing with issues involving customer or employee dissatisfaction. Responsibility of the prevention of any excessive drinking by customers. Responsibility for calling 911 in case of an emergency involving a customer or employee.
• Provision of complete service of both food and drinks to customers at the bar, in the dining room, or customers ordering to-go.
• Covering shifts of other employees when they were sick or unable to come into work.

Duties while at Traditions on the Beach:

• Bartending, serving, running food, and bussing tables.
• Provision of a fine dining experience to all customers, both at their table and behind the bar, including running all of the food and communication with the chefs on when to prepare the next course.
• Responsibility for the preparation and service of all cocktails, certain desserts, and appetizers.
• Creation of annual, seasonal, and festive cocktails, with the addition of tapas ideas, to implement on our bar menu.
• Bartending at every wedding, event, and holiday party that our restaurant hosted. I was in charge of keeping the bar clean, including the floor, bar mats, all of the wine racks, liquor shelves, coolers, soda gun lines, espresso machine, and inventory space.
• Keeping a biweekly inventory of all beer, wine, liquor, and bar supplies. Training of all new employees who were hired behind the bar or as servers.
• Greeting all new resort guests with a free, complimentary cocktail, along with the provision of useful information about their vacation destination, including shopping, beaches, and other fun activities to explore during their stay.
