Medical Caregiver Role:

• Dispense medications and treatments properly, according to medical orders
• Order medications in a timely manner to ensure that residents have all needed medications
• Document and keep accurate records of 20+ residents medications, vital signs, nursing care and all other services provided to residents
• Assess and respond to residents’ needs quickly and appropriately
• Assist and support assigned personal caregivers (PCGs)
• Respond rapidly and appropriately to emergencies while maintaining resident and co-worker safety at all times
• Monitor approximately 20+ residents and reports any changes in skin condition, appetite, behavior, emotional needs, etc.

Personal Caregiver Role:

• Provide personal care to 20+ residents including bathing, oral hygiene, hair grooming, skin and nail care, toileting, dressing and undressing, and shaving
• Answer call lights to determine and meet resident needs
• Transport/transfer residents using wheelchairs, walkers, canes, and stand-by assist
• Assist and encourage residents in keeping their rooms clean and orderly, providing a comfortable living environment
• Change bed linens and make beds
• Monitor residents and reports any changes in skin condition, appetite, behavior, emotional needs, etc.
• Assist with meals and collects food trays from residents’ rooms
• Is aware of resident’s needs and responds quickly, appropriately, and with compassionate and appropriate support
• Respond rapidly and appropriately to emergencies while maintaining resident and co-worker safety at all times

• Pass medications to the residents following 7 rights of medication
• Track residents vitals through blood pressure and report to a nurse or manager of any abnormal changes by 50%
• Document 30+ medications given or refused by a resident; verify accuracy of narcotic count
• Report to a nurse, physician, and residents number 1 emergency contact of any fall, injury or no injury required

• Maintained traceability of all suspect parts found with 2 safe launch inspectors, documented and recycled scrap parts
• Identified and segregated all suspect parts found; segregated less than 1 skid a day
• Managed and carefully repacked approved quality parts into totes per job instructions, completed 6+ skids a day
• Managed quality inspection of other finished parts when needed in 2 other departments in the building

• Operated cash register with 100% high accuracy and speed to ensure customer satisfaction
• Scanned and bagged grocery items ensuring 100% accurately and efficiently
• Received and processed customers payments by cash, check or card and 100% ensuring the correct change
• Controlled the sales of lottery tickets, money orders, and Western Union transactions 50% of shift
