Developed Tableau dashboards to visualize waste streams and then optimized machine parameters to reduce waste and cost. - Developed a web database for storage, search and data entry of critical profile parameters for printed circuit boards. Used across apple products.
- Looked at under-fill board failures to standardize the application process and come up with guidelines for components. Analyzed cross sections to complete statistical summaries. Utilized experiment data to retrain machine learning model.
- Led an environmental sync within DFM and led small initiatives such as validating safety of chemicals in PCB & SiP sites. Created an environmental webpage with team goals for going carbon neutral.
