• Managed and established relationships with outside supply vendors for selection, negotiation, and procurement of all FFE items. Researched competitive advantage through effective research and awareness of customer, industry, and supplier trends.
• Managed a strategic pipeline of outsourced professionals who assisted in company success. Ensure due diligence efforts such as environmental impact, Planning & Zoning issues, obtaining permits, Building Department revisions, and capital expenditure reports.
