My tenure includes boosting efficiency, spearheading process improvements, and training teams, demonstrating a keen ability to meet production targets and enhance operational workflows.
I have worked at Metropolitan Baking Company for the last 25 years, moving from an entry-level position to the position of Production Supervisor. I have also been a floor manager and in charge of the shipping and receiving department. I am very task-oriented and driven to be the best employee wherever I am. I will be willing to work any shift necessary.
I spend my free time mostly with my dog, but love fishing and golf.
