• Oversaw deployment and management of bitcoin mining operations at Greenidge Generation from the felling of the first pine tree, to the last relay in our PLC’s. Directed installation of 2376 ASIC miners and led coordination of over 5000 cable deployments across distribution and networks.
• Executed preventative maintenance across mining fleet to optimize equipment performance and support operational efficiency.

• As a project management team leader, my responsibilities included general planning and overseeing robust firewall protection and foundational business integration using advanced security software, ensuring critical system flow from potential threats. My role included daily monitoring and threat mitigation using advanced security software and strategic project management.
• In addition, I have successfully led project management initiatives, including the strategic transition and integration of ERP systems such as Sage100 and ODOO, which involved remote team coordination across product, customer, AR, and AP modules, while also enhancing data integrity through meticulous export, import, and exporting processes.

• At the age of 2019, I tackle the creation of Ethereum mining infrastructure, comprising individually crafted and soldered motherboards and GPU’s utilizing Hive os. Custom board production, which I personally fabricated, has resulted in reduction in power consumption and an increase in hash rate compared to standard configurations. Based on my research, I have successfully improved the environmental conditions of the mine to ensure optimal temperature for the mining environment, ultimately allowing for daily eth production.

• Collaborated directly with customers to design and implement new tray inserts and foam cuts, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting their specific requirements. Facilitated and organized production team meetings, provided daily reports, and monitored effective communication and production data using advanced software and tools like CAD design, ensuring timely delivery of information to create accurate and detailed processing data.
• Expanded responsibility for shipping and receiving, including the processing and tracking of all finished and unfinished goods. Assumed responsibility for the entire process, coding, ordering process, and improving productivity through automation and customization.
• Successfully oversaw the shipping and receiving of all products and parts of products, prioritizing a safe working environment for all team members. I meticulously maintained the team’s accuracy and coordinated the implementation of FedEx, our primary solution.
• Worked closely with FedEx/UPS software to clean and manage data.
