• Student Nurse, August 2024-Present- Completed rotations in multiple facilities to include ECU North and UNC Nash. Areas of rotation included the Emergency Department, Medical-Surgical, Labor & Delivery, Operating Room, and Long-Term Care.
• Preceptorship:

Operating Room, 96 hours- Provided pre and post op care for surgical patients, set up sterile field, and focused on patient safety through positioning and verification.

Emergency Department, 120 hours- Completed ED preceptorship with experience in rapid assessments, triage support, and care of high-acuity patients. Assisted with IVs, EKGs, oxygen therapy, wound care, and medication administration under supervision. Demonstrated strong prioritization, teamwork, and accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment while maintaining infection control standards.
