  • Wheels were brought back to East Greenbush so the production crew could remanufacture them overnight. The next morning the wheels were loaded in the van to be delivered.

  • TruView would send insurance fraud cases when surveillance would have to be conducted on suspected individuals
  • During a surveillance, evidence would be gathered by photography and videography with a digital camera

  • After surveillance was conducted, a report would be written and submitted to the supervisor, along with all photos and videos taken during the investigation

  • Armed Service Technician: Provided quick and secure delivery and pick-up service to various banks, restaurants, and retail businesses by transporting large amounts of currency in an armored truck to the Albany and capital region area. Also unloaded and loaded Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) with currency while providing several maintenance checks to the machines
  • Armed Vault Custodian: Checked in (guarding and taking the currency out of the trucks) the armored trucks as they came in from the local routes. Scanned the bags of currency into the computer system and put them in their respective locations. At the end of the night special steps were taken to prepare and organize the bags of currency to ensure it was sent out on the correct local routes, Federal Reserve Bank, and Bank of America for the next day.
