  • Customer Attrition Model Project: The data science team worked in conjunction with the data engineering team to produce a machine learning model capable of identifying which mobile customers were about to reduce their buying frequency
  • Created a model utilizing a customized version of the BOYD Python package (translated to Scala for distributivity), to output the likelihood a customer will visit based on recent purchase history, frequency, and pattern of their purchases
  • Presented the model to senior leadership and key stakeholders to achieve awareness of its capabilities, resulting in the implementation of the model through the deployment platform
  • Managed the relationship between the targeted marketing team and the data science team to implement this feature as well as other features into a targeted marketing strategy
